How will I get access to the space?
A code will be emailed to you the day of your rental. You will only have access to the space during your rented hours. Please lock doors as you leave when you are finished!
How much time will I have to set up and tear down for my event?
All rentals, including overnights, include specific hours that you have selected to use the space. This includes set up and tear down. When booking, you will need to include enough time to set up and tear down, as well as clean up the space.
Can I bring confetti?
Unfortunately not. You may not bring confetti, glitter, or use candles that can melt and get on any surfaces.
How many guests can the space accommodate?
Our space can comfortably fit around 40 guests. For open house events, this is a fluctuating number. Smaller parties are ideal, and any group under 40 is still comfortable.
What is provided in the space?
We have four 6-foot round tables as well as six 6-foot rectangle tables. The space is not meant to use all tables at once- these are simply the options available. We currently do not offer linens. All decor is provided by you.
