For photographers only, The Gathering Space is available to rent hourly. We have adjusted to a minimum of one hour. The rate is $85/hour. The hourly fee will need to be paid at the time of booking via Venmo. We are in the process of developing an online scheduling system (stay tuned!) but for now we will operate this way. Please fill out our contact form with as much information as pertains to photography use and submit. Someone from our team will be in touch to add you to the calendar ASAP.

As a renter of The Gathering Space, you are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition in which you found it. This includes returning any moved furniture to original position, wiping counters and spaces where food/beverage is used, and removing any trash.

Since we function as a vacation rental, we have higher standards for cleanliness than a typical rentable studio (we are publicly reviewed on other platforms and want to maintain our 5-star rating!). Once booked on the calendar, you will receive an email with more information and a short checklist to complete before you leave the space.
