Join us for a charcuterie class with Alexis from Grazing Gouda! This class will be from 7:00PM-8:00PM on Wednesday 3/6. Participants will receive a hands-on experience and get to learn the tips and tricks during this 1-hour long class from cutting cheese, making salami roses, understanding parings and more. You'll create and take home your own medium charcuterie board. All supplies needed provided by G/G. (food, cutting board, knife, disposable palm leaf board)
